Good Friday and Easter Sunday are fast approaching. Have you made any plans for the long weekend yet?

This week is Semana Santa (Holy Week) in Spain, and while mass celebrations and processions will not be happening this year, some traditions like keeping a vegetarian diet for the week, and having lamb on Easter, can still be enjoyed.

Taking our cue from that, we have a special paella prepared just for this weekend, using a vegetarian base, while topping it with some delicious lamb skewers. We hope you visit us and check it out!
