Ingredients: Manchego cheese (pasteurized sheep’s milk, salt, cheese cultures, rennet, calcium chloride, lysozyme (from eggs)), Mahon cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, sea salt, animal rennet, cheese cultures), Murcia al Vino cheese (pasteurized goat’s milk, cheese cultures, enzymes, red wine, calcium chloride, animal rennet, sea salt), San Simon cheese (pasteurized cow’s milk, rennet, cheese cultures, calcium chloride, salt, lysozyme (from eggs)).
