Signature Gambas Al Ajillo Sauce (Deli Pack)
Bring home our signature ‘Gambas al Ajillo’ (Spanish garlic prawns) sauce to recreate this classic Spanish tapas at home. Package contains enough sauce for about four tapas servings (20-24 prawns). Item ships chilled.
Serving Suggestion: Warm a small cooking pan on the stove and heat 3 tbs of oil. Add 1 tbs of sliced garlic and cook till light golden brown, then add 6 pcs of medium-sized prawns and lightly cook. Finish off by adding 75ml of ‘Gambas al Ajillo’ sauce and continue cooking till the prawns are cooked. Additional Tips: Peel and season the prawns with salt and black pepper before cooking. For added spice, add 1 to 2 pcs of cut dried chili to the sizzling sauce before serving.
